A seminar (joint with Resources for the Future and Harvard University's Joint Center for Housing Studies) with Carlos Martín who will review the historical divergence between US housing and environmental policy-making, and synthesize how this divergence has contributed to disparities in exposure to climate impacts among different types of households. Martín will conclude with a summary of the current state of intersections between climate and housing policy and will highlight areas for potential synergies.
