Join the Massachusetts Healthy Aging Collaborative for our quarterly Statewide Network meeting.
Presentations will feature some of the regional Age- and Dementia Friendly efforts across the state, including Central Mass., Pioneer Valley, Franklin County/North Quabbin, Cape Cod and Martha's Vineyard. These initiatives involve a range of local and regional partners that have sparked collaborative initiatives that create community-informed plans, policies and program supporting healthy aging.
