The webinar will discuss the current state of evidence and actionable opportunities to support autistic young adults in the workforce. It will draw on evidence from a large-scale survey with more than 3,400 autistic young adults, qualitative interviews and listening sessions, review of more than 140 publications, analyses of administrative data, program case studies, and discussions with employers.
Researchers and other experts will discuss what the evidence shows about preparing autistic young adults for employment, helping them find jobs, and supporting retention and career advancement.
The conversation will also explore opportunities to strengthen and expand effective programs and practices.
