Health Policy Commission's Advisory Council meets for the first time this year. Council members will discuss access challenges across the health care system, including patient flow and issues around system volume and staffing shortages. The meeting will also include a discussion of an affordability index meant to work in tandem with the state's health care cost growth benchmark.
