They used to be slip between CLA and CPR but now they have all moved to CLA as of a couple of months ago.   As you probably know it is always important to encourage people to appeal because many of these cases are not won until the claimant is before an administrative law judge.  (Here at DLC we don't handle these cases directly but rather we support those attorneys who do.

Though not protective services, it's good to keep in mind that Prisoners' Legal Services and DLC both receive and review complaints concerning abuse and neglect of incarcerated individuals with disabilities.
